Easy fried rice is a rice dish made with several other ingredients. It is usually made to use the leftover rice (and other ingredients) from the previous days.
Cook rice, following a recipe here for portion sizes, if not using old rice. Heat 1/4 of the butter in a pan. Add in the egg and cook until scrambled. Remove the egg onto a plate.
On the same pan, add another 1/4 of the butter over medium-high heat. Add chopped carrots, onions, and green beans. Also add minced garlic and ginger. Season with pepper. Cook for about 4 minutes.
Increase heat to high. Add the rest of the butter. Add rice, scallion greens, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well. Cook for 3 minutes occasionally stirring.
Remove from heat and add the egg. Mix well and add sesame oil. Taste and add more oyster sauce or soy sauce if necessary.
Serve immediately.
