  • 105 grams tuna in olive oil
  • 105 grams herb-flavored cream cheese
  • 18 profiteroles

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cream cheese with tuna
  • Install the spout on the pastry bag if needed
  • Poke with profiteroles with the pastry bag
  • Fill the profiteroles as much as you can, paying attention not to break them
  • Keep going until you fill all of them
  • Serve

Notes

  • You can buy mini profiteroles or bigger ones, or even make your own
  • You can replace herb-flavored spread cheese with plain cheese and adding fresh herbs
