This is a delicious way to make tiramisù. It does not contain coffee, but ladyfingers are dipped in milk, so it is perfectly suitable for children and for people who do not like coffee.
Start by opening all the cookies and scraping out the filling.
Separate the egg whites and egg yolks. First, whip the egg whites into a thick white mixture.
In a separate bowl, whip the egg yolks with 100g (½ cup) of sugar. Whip for about 5 minutes until mixed well into a foam.
Add mascarpone into the bowl with whipped egg yolks and sugar. Mix gently with a rubber spatula.
Add the whipped egg whites and fold them in the mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix the 20g (4tbsp) of cocoa powder, sugar, and milk. Mix until smooth.
Add some of the mascarpone mixture into 4 glasses (preferably wide and not too tall).
Dip the emptied oreo halves into the cocoa-milk mixture and place them into the glass on top of the mixture. Create a layer and split some of them to make them into a layer. Stack the other dipped oreo halves on top to have a layer of two cookie halves thick.
Add mascarpone mix until you cover a bit less than 2/3 of the glass. Then add another similar layer of dipped Oreos. Finally, fill the rest of the glass with the mascarpone mix.
You can enjoy the Oreo tiramisù cups immediately but if you prefer a denser texture, let them rest in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Before serving, cover the surface with cocoa powder and add one or two oreo halves on top for decoration.
