Instructions
Crush the biscuits into small pieces.
Whisk sugar and eggs until well mixed.
Add cocoa powder and the softened butter and mix until well-combined.
Add the crushed biscuits and work the batter with your hands.
Add 2-3 teaspoons of rum.
Roughly shape the salami and place it on a baking paper.
Roll the baking paper around the salami until completely covered. Roll on the working surface until the shape is round.
Let it rest in the fridge for 12 hours or more.
Cover in powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
To crush the biscuits, we usually fill a freezer bag with them and crush them with a rolling pin.
When adding the rum, taste after each teaspoon and decide the amount based on your taste.
You can cover it with cocoa powder instead of powdered sugar if you wish.
